EMGA-3000 On-site Emission Monitoring System is an On-site Emission monitoring system. It has advantage of high accuracy, easy installation and maintenance.

EMGA-3000 On-site Emission Monitoring System  is designed based on DOAS technology. It can monitor SO2, NOX, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, velocity simultaneously. Other components can be extended, eg. HCl, HF, CO, CO2, humidity, etc.

EMGA-3000 is composed of below systems

  • Pollutant gas components monitoring system;

  • Flue gas parameter monitoring system;

  • Dust monitoring system;

  • Data acquisition & processing system.


The sample gas pass through the sampling probe, the dust is removed by the filter, then the gas delivered into the DOAS measuring module for measurement. With the benefit of full-process heated pipe line, the system can effectively prevent the loss of SO2 NO2 due to the absorption in the condensation water that causing low measuring result.

•      UV-DOAS measuring technology, combined with a long optical path gas cell, the detection limit is as low as 0.1ppm, high sensitivity;

•      Automatic spectral adjustment technology, high reliability, long maintenance cycle;

•      Multi-stage dust filtration, simple structure, high reliability;

•      NO and NO2 can be measured directly at the same time, no need of a converter;

•      The gas cell’s light transmittance is not affected by temperature or vibration, ensuring high stability;

•      No interference from background components such as H2O, CH4, CO, NH3, and dust;

•      The system is fast response (minimum less than 20 seconds), can be applied to industrial process monitoring;

•       Full-process heated pipe line, effectively prevent the low measurement values caused by the dissolution of SO2 and NO2 in condensation water.
