Working principle
Measuring process: The full-range calibration solenoid valve is closed. The back-blow solenoid valve is closed. The sample gas passes through the heated sampling probe, and heated pipeline before entering the CEMS for
measurement.
Purging process: The full-range calibration solenoid valve is closed. The purging solenoid valve is opened. The compressed air is used to blow and clean the sampling probe to remove the dust.
Full-range calibration process: The full-range calibration solenoid valve is opened. The purging solenoid valve is closed. The calibration gas passes through the heated pipeline, the full-range calibration tube, and the full-range calibration solenoid valve, then come into the filter element chamber of the sampling probe, and then enters the CEMS system through the sampling pipeline.
