EM-5 Gas Analyzer

EM-5 gas analyzer is applied for online gas analysis of industry stack emissions. It is combined with two advanced measuring technologies: UV Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) technology  +  Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology.  

The analyzer can measure the gas concentration of SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, O2  simutanuously. Other gas components like NH3, Cl2, H2S can also be measured through configuring modules. One analyzer can measure up to 5 gas components  simutanuously. The analyzer is featured with low detection limit, high measurement accuracy and reliability, fast response.

•      Long optical path measuring chamber (15m optical path), high sensitivity.

•      The measuring chamber adopts multiple reflection technology, detection limit as low as 0.1 ppm;

•      The pulsed xenon light source has more than 10 years service life.

•      The NO and NO2 can be measured simultaneously, without the converter;

•      The analysis module has no optical moving parts and is not affected by vibration;

•      Constant temperature and heating companion, avoid the influence of temperature;

•      Not affected by background components such as H2O, CH4, CO, NH3, dust, etc
