LGA-100 In-situ Gas Analyzer is a flameproof in-situ probe-type tunable laser gas analyzer for industrial online analysis and environmental on-line monitoring. It can online analyze O2, CO, NH3, CO2, CH4, H2O, HCl, HF and other gases in various complex conditions (NOTE: a single analyzer can only analyze 1~2 components). The measuring concentration ranges from constant to trace. The analyzer has advantages of low detection limit, high sensitivity, and fast detection speed.


Working Principle    

Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS) utilizes the tunability of laser wavelengths, which varies with operating temperature and current. It can periodically adjust the current to make the laser spectral width change periodically within a small range. Within each cycle, the “single-line absorption spectrum” data of the measured gas 

can be obtained. The laser gas analyzer scans specific absorption lines (no background gas) of measured gas to get its 

second harmonics. Based on  Beer Lambert principle. Through processing and analysis of second harmonics as well as spectrum information, the measured gas concentration can be obtained. 

TDLAS gas detection technology is a high sensitivity, high resolution, high selectivity and fast response technology that widely used in industrial process monitoring, combustion process diagnosis and analysis, engine efficiency and vehicle exhaust measurement, safety control, atmospheric trace pollutant gas monitoring and other fields.

Composition                   

The LGA-100 has an integrated structure, and its main functional modules are composed of a transmitting & receiving unit, and measuring unit. The transmitting unit mainly drives the semiconductor laser to emit laser light. The emitted laser light passes through the measured gas, and the receiving unit proceed the photoelectric conversion, signal processing, spectral data analysis, and obtain the measuring data.
