The CEMS-7000 emission monitoring system is an insitu extractive FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared) analysis technology. It utilize full-process high-temperature heat tracing method (hot wet method), which enables accurate measurement of various flue gas components, including SO2, NOₓ (NO, NO2), HCl, CO, O2, humidity, temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
The SO2, NOₓ (NO, NO2), HCl, CO, and humidity is measured based on FTIR technology. The O2 is measured by the zirconia method, the temperature (T), pressure (P), and flow rate (S) are measured by a PT100, a pressure sensor, and the pitot tube method, which ensure the precise monitoring of flue gas parameters. The CEMS-7000 system is a reliable and comprehensive monitoring solution, that widely used in the industrial emissions monitoring field.
