The GCS-3000Ex VOC online monitoring system is used for the explosive hazardous environments such as petroleum and chemical production industries.  It can simultaneously monitor VOCs gases such as total hydrocarbons, methane, non-methane total hydrocarbons, and benzene series in the emitted flue gas, as well as related parameters like flue gas temperature, pressure, flow rate, humidity, and oxygen.  It calculates the equivalent concentration values, emission rates, and emissions amount of VOCs.

  • The system is equipped with a positive pressure explosion-proof cabinet, explosion-proof sampling probe, explosion-proof flue gas parameters monitor, and explosion-proof heated sampling line. It can operate safely in explosion-proof areas, ensuring the reliability and safety.

  • The entire system components have an overall explosion-proof rating of above IIC T4.

  • The system is equipped with a flammable gas alarm, which will alert when the concentration of flammable gases exceeds the standard.

  • The system is equipped with an explosion-proof keyboard, allowing for configuration and operation without shutting down the equipment during normal operation
