The GCS-3000 VOC online monitoring system is used to monitor VOC pollutants such as methane, total hydrocarbons, non-methane hydrocarbons, lower alcohols, aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene, cumene, etc), and some halogenated hydrocarbons in exhaust gas. It also monitor the gas parameters including temperature, pressure, and flow rate.
The GCS-3000 consists of three sub-systems: a VOC monitoring sub-system, an exhaust gas parameter monitoring sub-system, and a system control and data acquisition & communication sub-system. The dust in the sample gas is removed by the filter of the probe and is heated by the heated sampling line before entering the high-temperature chromatographic analysis module (GC-FID) for measurement. it can effectively avoid adsorption losses of VOC gas components during the sample collection and transmission process, especially when measuring high-boiling-point organic pollutants contained in VOC gas. This help on ensuring high accuracy, and stability measuring performance in sampling, analyzing, data uploading, and maintenance process.
