The FIDS-1000 NMHC Online Monitoring System is designed based on the combination of Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy(TDLAS) and Flame Ionization Detection(FID)technologies. It measures the concentration of methane with TDLAS technology and the concentration of total hydrocarbons with FID technology. The concentration of non-methane total hydrocarbons is calculated by the difference.

The FID detector can directly measure THC without using chromatograph separation devices, it is very fast response;
The laser detection module (TDLAS) directly measure methane with a fast response;
Direct measurement of THC, avoiding the problem of catalytic conversion efficiency declining;
Utilize differential pressure technology, high accuracy flow control;
The laser module uses multi-pass reflection technology, ensuring the lower detection limit.
