EMGA-300 Gas Analyzer

EMGA-300 gas analyzer is applied for continuously online analysis of emission. It is designed based on Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) technology.  The analyzer is able to measure the gas concentration of SO2, NO, NO2, CO, CO2, CH4,O2, other gas components , eg. NH3, Cl2, H2S can also be measured through configuring modules. One analyzer can measure up to 7 gas components. The analyzer is featured with low lower detection limit, high measurement accuracy and reliability, fast response.

Application     

The EMGA-300 gas analyzer is widely applied in continuous flue gas emission monitoring of oil refinary plant, power plants, chemical and petrochemical plant, steel & metallurgy plant, mining industry, glass plant, cement plant, boilers, waste incineration power plant, etc.

Features       

High measuring accuracy

• The analyzer has advanced gas chamber design, and has temperature and pressure compensation continuously. It has less affection to the temperature fluctuations, lower drift. And no cross interference between the measuring gases.

Stable working performance

• The analyzer use imported high quality sensor. All the components that directly contact with the flue emission are made of heatresistant and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, polytetrafluoroethylene materials, that ensure the analyzer is strong enough for harsh emissions.

Multiple measuring configuration

• The analyzer is based on NDIR technology. It can continuous and simultaneous measure up to 7 components;

• Multiple NDIR module can be configured to meet different gas measuring requirement.
