The AQUA-500N Nitrate Online Analyzer is developed based on ultraviolet spectrophotometry technology. It is used to measure the nitrate nitrogen content in water sample. It quantitatively determines nitrate nitrogen by utilizing the absorption of nitrate ions at a wavelength of 220nm. Dissolved organic substance absorbs at 220nm, whereas nitrate ions do not absorb at 275nm. Therefore, an additional measurement is taken at 275nm to correct the nitrate nitrogen value.
