PRO-100Ex Gas Sampling Probe

The PRO-100Ex Sampling probe is designed for explosive-proof application. It is suitable for  high temperature, high humidity, high dust, high corrosion working conditions. Additionally, it offers various probe length to accommodate different size of chimneys or flue pipelines.

It can be used with a variety of sampling tubes, filters, heating units, etc. It is featured with large filtration area and capacity. The sampling probe has excellent airtightness, high filtration precision, anti-leakage design, and has extremely low gas resistance. Working principle

The sampling probe consists of a heated sampling tube,  filters, flanges, and sample probe protective cover. The sample gas been pumped into the sampling probe chamber by the sampling pump. The dust been removed by the filter.  The sample gas is kept at a higher temperature throughout the whole process so as to prevent the condensation of the moisture.
